A Dentist approached CS Media shortly after launching his private practice in New York. Despite knowing the important role online reviews play in building a business, the dentist had no time to gather patient feedback on top of his many other responsibilities. Five months after launch, he still had no process for collecting online reviews and attracting new clients. As a result, the practice was losing the opportunity to capture a wide online audience and to promote the practice online.
