A Dentist approached CS Media shortly after launching his private practice in New York. Despite knowing the important role online reviews play in building a business, the dentist had no time to gather patient feedback on top of his many other responsibilities. Five months after launch, he still had no process for collecting online reviews and attracting new clients. Our Solution

Results

Within three months, the practice found an 800% increase in online reviews displayed on his website and social media pages, and online directories. Knowing that 72% of patients scan online reviews before visiting a new doctor, our client built trust with prospective patients by highlighting his positive reputation. Being able to read patient feedback also improved his customer service policies, as he gained valuable insight on what his clients valued in dentist services.
